Public DNS records

Schema

The following properties describe a Record:

Property	Type	Description
domain Required	string	The domain associated with the DNS record
name	string
ttl Required	integer	Time to live for the record
type Required	string	DNS record type (e.g., A, AAAA, CNAME, etc.)
value Required	string	The actual DNS value (e.g., an IP address or CNAME target)
zone_name Required	string	The DNS zone this record belongs to

Schema

The following properties describe a Zone:

Property	Type	Description
expiry Required	integer	Time before zone data is no longer authoritative (in seconds)
name	string
nx_ttl Required	integer	Time to cache a negative answer (NXDOMAIN)
refresh Required	integer	Interval for refreshing zone data (in seconds)
retry Required	integer	Time to wait before retrying a failed zone transfer (in seconds)
serial Required	integer	The serial number of the zone (used for zone transfer versioning)
